Prestige publishes a firm price for the two jobs a price can honestly be published for, and quotes everything else after a technician has looked at the door. That is the whole offer. There is no higher list price sitting above it for a discount to come off, which is why there is no percentage anywhere on this site.
The figures below are confirmed with you at your own door, after a free inspection and before anything is touched. If your door does not qualify for one of them, you are told that at the inspection, told why, and you can send the technician away owing nothing.
The full list, as of today:
A coupon is a number a company subtracts from another number the same company chose. When one party sets both, the saving is a decision about presentation rather than about what you pay. The honest version of a discount is simply a lower price, published, with the conditions printed next to it. That is what this page is.
So there is no code to enter and none to mention on the phone, no percentage off, no date on which any figure here stops being true, and no seasonal event that makes identical work cost less in one month than another. If the job could be done for less, the number on this page would be lower.
It also means nobody has to negotiate, and nobody who did not think to ask ends up paying more than the person who did.
What you will not find here:
No, and we would rather say so plainly here than have you find out on the phone. Prestige is family owned, not veteran owned, and there is no separate rate for service members, seniors, first responders, nurses or teachers.
The reason is not an apology, it is the argument. A group discount needs a list price to be taken off, and a company that advertises one generally keeps a higher number for everybody else. The person being thanked for their service ends up paying roughly what they would have paid anyway, and the neighbour who did not qualify pays for the gesture. We do not keep that higher number.
$499 for a qualifying same-day spring replacement is $499 whether you are twenty five or eighty five, whether you served or did not, and whether or not you mention anything at all when you call. That is the same low price for everyone, and it is the only version of this we can put in writing.
If you want to test it, the free inspection is the way: take our written price, then ask anybody else what the same job costs before their discount is applied.
The sequence matters more than the headline, because it is the part that decides whether the number you were told is the number you pay.
You call or send the form. A technician comes out, and that visit costs nothing: the trip fee is $0. He inspects the whole door, not only the part that failed, because a spring that snapped after twelve years is usually sitting alongside cables of the same age. You get the price in writing, itemised, before anything is touched. You say yes or no. If it is a qualifying spring job and you say yes, it is usually done the same day.
If something else turns up mid job, it is quoted separately, with the old part in hand, and it does not begin until you have agreed to it.
| What people search for | What Prestige actually does |
|---|---|
| A garage door coupon | Publishes the price itself: $499 for a qualifying same-day spring replacement, new doors from $1,400 installed. |
| A percentage off | Nothing to take a percentage off. There is no inflated list price on this site to discount from. |
| A free estimate | A free inspection of the whole door, a $0 trip fee, and a written price before any work starts. |
| A discount for seniors, veterans or first responders | One price for everybody, with no higher number kept for anyone else to be discounted from. |
| A garage door sale | Prices that do not move with the calendar, in either direction. |
| Payment options | Financing is available and applied for at the time of the quote. Approval comes from the finance provider. |
Homes, businesses and RV garages
For homes
Most Las Vegas houses run a sectional steel door on torsion springs, and that is the door the $499 same-day price was written for. Whether yours qualifies comes down to the spring configuration, which the technician confirms at the free inspection rather than over the phone.
A new door starts at $1,400 installed for a qualifying standard size. In this valley the insulation question is worth asking while you are there, because a west facing garage in Las Vegas heat is a different room with an insulated door on it.
For businesses
A Las Vegas warehouse, shop or service bay is quoted per door, because a rolling steel curtain, a dock door and a sectional over a bay are three different machines with three different parts. The $0 trip fee and the free inspection work exactly the same way, and so does the rule that the price is confirmed before anybody starts.
Whether a commercial door qualifies for the $499 spring price is decided at the inspection. A rolling steel barrel is counterbalanced differently from a house door, so the technician confirms what is actually on your building rather than quoting a residential number down the phone at a business that cannot trade until the bay opens.
For RV garages
An RV garage door is a standard sectional door scaled up until almost every part of it has to change: taller panels, heavier springs, higher tracks, and an opener a household trolley unit cannot stand in for. Las Vegas has a lot of them, on the newer south and west valley builds especially.
That scale is why an RV door is quoted after a measure rather than from the $1,400 starting figure, and why the $499 spring price depends on what the inspection finds on your particular door. The free inspection and the $0 trip fee still apply, so finding out costs nothing.
No, and we would rather explain why than send you hunting for one. A coupon is a saving off a price the same company invented, so it only means something when the starting number is honest. We publish the price itself instead: $499 for a qualifying same-day spring replacement, new doors from $1,400 installed, $0 trip fee, free inspection. That is the lowest we do the work for, so there is nothing left to take off it.
No. Prestige is family owned rather than veteran owned, and there is no separate rate for service members or veterans. The reason is that a discount needs an inflated price to come off, and we do not keep one. The $499 spring price is the same price for everybody who calls, which we think respects a service member more than a badge on a website does.
No, for the same reason. There is one price, and it is the same low price whatever your age. If a company offers you a senior rate, the useful question is what the price would have been without it, because that is the number the discount was calculated from.
There is nothing to enter and nothing to mention. The price does not move depending on what you say on the phone, which is the point of publishing it. Mentioning that you saw the offer here is helpful for us to know, and it changes nothing about what you pay.
No. Nothing on this page counts down or runs out. These are the figures we quote today and the figures we expect to quote next month. If what the work costs us changes, this page changes, and there will be no announcement dressed up as a last chance.
No. The trip fee is $0 and the inspection is free, including the parts that have not failed yet. You get a written price, and if you do not want the work you owe nothing. That is the whole test of whether a published price is real, so we would rather you use it.
It depends on which part failed and on the door it failed on, which is why we publish the two figures that can be published honestly and quote the rest after a free inspection. A qualifying same-day spring replacement is $499, and a new door starts at $1,400 installed. Our cost page walks through everything that moves the number in between.
There are plenty advertised. The question worth asking about any of them is what the price was before the deal, because a percentage off an unpublished number is not a price. Our version is to publish the figure and the conditions attached to it and leave it there.
Usually the repair you do before the broken part takes something else with it. A snapped spring left in place gets forced by the opener, and an opener gear or a bent panel is a bigger bill than the spring was. Springs and cables are never a do-it-yourself job: they hold the full weight of the door under tension.
The visit and the inspection are free and the trip fee is $0, so you get a written price at no cost and with no obligation. The reason we call it an inspection rather than an estimate is that a technician has actually looked at the door, which is the only way the number means anything.
Financing is available and is applied for at the time of the quote, with approval coming from the finance provider rather than from us. We do not publish a rate or a term here, because we do not set either one. The financing page explains what we can and cannot tell you before you apply.
Yes, and they are the same offers, because they are prices rather than promotions. Nothing on this page changes between Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin or North Las Vegas. The Henderson area page covers what is different about doors there, which is the driveways and the hillside lots rather than the pricing.
