Car trapped in the garage?
Don't force the door. One broken part can become a much bigger repair.
A garage door spring carries the full weight of the door. When it snaps, the opener cannot lift the door on its own, and forcing it can bend the panels, strip the opener gear or snap a cable.
It is usually the spring if:
- You heard a loud bang from the garage, like something dropped
- You press the button, the opener hums, and the door barely moves
- The door lifts a few inches and stops, or feels far heavier than it should by hand
- There is a visible gap in the coiled spring above the door
- The cables look loose or have come off the drums
Leave the door where it is and call. A technician can usually be there the same day.

How it works
From stuck to sorted in three steps.
Call or send the form
Tell us what the door is doing and where in the valley you are. If it is a same-day job, we tell you straight away whether we can get to you today.
We confirm the price on arrival
The technician inspects the whole door for free and confirms the price with you before touching anything.
Your door works again
The repair is done, the door is balanced and tested, and you get your garage and your day back.
Safety and security
Do not lift it by hand. Run the two second test instead.
Is the door heavier than it used to be? Do you pause before you open it? Would you rather know tonight than find out on a Saturday?
Here is a test you can run yourself in the next minute, for free, without us. Lay a two by four flat on the garage floor under the middle of the opening, then close the door. Federal rule 16 CFR 1211.7 gives the opener two seconds from the moment the door touches that board to start going back up. Not pause. Not stop. Reverse. CPSC publishes the same test in its own garage door safety sheet, and if your door fails it, you have learned something worth knowing before you spend a dollar with anybody.
What the free inspection looks at, with no trip fee and nothing owed:
- The two second reverse, with a board on the floor, the way CPSC documents it
- The second, independent safety system openers have needed since 1993, and whether yours is still connected and aimed
- That the opener checks that safety device every single time the door closes, which 16 CFR 1211.8 requires it to do
- The counterbalance, because the federal rule book puts it plainly: weak or broken springs may allow the door to fall rapidly (16 CFR 1211.16)
- Track, rollers, cables, hinges and the panels they are all bolted to
The inspection is free. The trip is $0. You see the price before anyone picks up a tool. And our Nevada licence is 0091256, classification C-3D Overhead Doors, which you can look up on the state register before you ever call us.

Common questions
Is it really $499?
Yes, for qualifying spring configurations. The technician confirms the price with you after the free inspection and before any work begins. If your door needs something different, you hear the price first and decide.
Can you come today?
Same-day spring repair is available across the Las Vegas Valley. Call and we tell you straight away whether we can get to you today. If today is full, you get the next available slot.
My car is stuck inside. Can I open the door by hand?
Please do not. With a broken spring the door is dead weight, often well over a hundred pounds, and it can drop. Lifting it can also bend panels or damage the opener. Leave it and call.
Do you charge to come out?
No. There is no trip fee and the inspection is free.
What about a new door?
Qualifying standard garage door packages start at $1,999 installed, with scheduling in as little as 1 to 2 days on many in-stock sizes and colors. Ask for a quote and we will tell you which options fit your home and budget.

*$499 spring replacement applies to qualifying spring configurations and is confirmed after the free inspection, before any work begins. New garage door starting price applies only to qualifying standard-size doors and configurations. Color, material, insulation, hardware, availability and site conditions affect the final price, which is confirmed after inspection. Same-day and 1 to 2 day scheduling are subject to availability. $4,500 is a typical Las Vegas Valley cost for a garage door replacement, given for comparison. It is not a Prestige price and not a former price of ours.
